The session begins with the large muscle groups of the upper back, shoulders, neck and arms and provides a relaxing experience.
Deep Tissue Chair Massage
15 – 60 Minutes
This massage in a semi upright position can address the adverse effects of muscle tension, tissue binding and muscular knotting that creates headaches and joint pain. Deep tissue concentration on these sites of discomfort can reduce stress, enhance muscle flexibility, enhance circulation and boost the immune system.
